Telecommunication Solutions
Our telecoms experience is based on active project elaboration in the area of digital switches (telco/IT protocol implementation - VoIP, IP, 3G, RFC, ITU, ETSI, voice codecs). A significant share of our telecommunication projects involves application of Digital Signal Processing techniques (please see the Technology section for more information on supported platforms and processors). We can offer you solutions based on our preceding experience in following DSP-related fields:
- Implementation of a VoIP conference bridge solution.
- Conceptual analysis, development and testing of the software for real-time Speaker and Gender Recognition (Speaker Identification and Verification).
- Collaboration on issues related to the automatic segmentation, labeling and transcription of broadcasted news audio files. (Endigy is co-author of the functional Czech prototype.)
- Algorithms elaboration for tone detection in telecommunications (R1, DTMF, T.30 etc.) and fixed point and performance optimization.
- Development of line and acoustic echo cancellation algorithm (based on adaptive filtration) in telecommunication packet networks, adaptive noise cancellation using spectral subtraction or speech packet loss concealment in VoIP.
- Algorithm design in Matlab and its implementation on Texas Instruments C64, C64+ fixed point DSPs.
