Hardware Design

Our specialists have rich experience in hardware design and development. They participated in the engineering of complex digital boards with modern digital circuits as processors, DSPs, optical interfaces and phase-locked loops. The number of layers in the designed printed circuit boards came up to 16. We are capable of implementing combined analog/digital boards where analog circuits are complemented with switch-mode power supplies and processors (alternatively FPGAs and CPLDs).

Our development is based on VHDL and Verilog languages, and we are proficient in using Orcad, Eagle and Mentor Graphic design tools.

The target platform that we are highly experienced in is AdvancedTCA with PMC/AMC architecture, but we can also offer you CompactPCI platform solutions if needed.

Endigy has expertise in building board support packages (BSP) for ARM , x86, PowerPC and fixed point DSP architectures. We are able to implement specific support code for a given board that conforms to a given operating system.

Our team can provide following BSP components:

  • Bootloader
  • Firmware for board components
  • OS device drivers

It should be mentioned, that though our company is not a hardware manufacturer, we can deliver all-inclusive solutions due to the collaboration with our partners and renowned hardware vendors.
